Can I cancel/change a booking I've already made?
Unfortunately not - all bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
What does my teetime include?
Unless otherwise noted on the teetime (carts, range balls, etc.), teetimes booked on TeeItUpNZ.com are for greens fees only.
What is your weather policy?
The weather policy will vary by golf course. Please be sure to read the golf course tee time policy during the booking process. It will disclose the terms related to weather conditions and cancellation exceptions.
How do I know my credit information is safe?
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology) which is the defacto standard for Internet-based financial transactions. SSL creates an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. You will see a HTTPS protocol displayed in your browser address line when the link is secure. In addition, we NEVER store credit card information.
The teetime I tried to book came back as already sold. Why?
Teetimes are booked on a first come, first served basis so a teetime that you may be trying to book may have someone else trying to book it at the same time. Whomever completes the booking process first will be awarded the teetime.
My credit card is good, why won't your system accept it?
Please confirm that you are using a Mastercard, Visa or American Express card. Also make sure that you have entered all of the information correctly - double check your card number, billing address and expiration date. If it's still not being accepted - you should contact your card-issuing bank first to make sure they are not declining the transaction.
Did I get the tee time?
After completing the booking process, you will be taken to your teetime confirmation. From there, you can send it to your playing partners and print a copy of your confirmation to take to the course. You can also access your confirmation at any time from your
playing history.
What is the Golf Weather Index (GWI)?
The GWI is a scale from 1-10, with 10 being ideal golfing conditions. The Golf Weather Index takes into consideration the temperature, wind and precipitation to come up with 1 simple number. Each teetime listed will have a corresponding GWI value to help you quickly see how the weather will look at that teetime.
I booked a round but didn't see my confirmation after entering my credit card information. What should I do?
No problem, you can always access your confirmations for every round you've booked through TeeItUpNZ.com by going to your
playing history.
Do you charge a booking fee?
Sometimes a booking fee will be charged. It is usually a small fee between $1 and $2 per round booked.
If a fee applies, it will be clearly disclosed to you during the booking process.
Does the cost include Goods and Service Tax?
All currency / dollar amounts stated on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax.
How far in advance are tee times available on the website?
Most tee times are available 14 to 30 days in advance. However, there may be times from some courses posted more than 30 days ahead of the teetime.
